Harish has experience in technology, education, finance, investing, and wealth management. He has managed over $1.5 billion as a Wealth Advisor at Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, Bank of America, and Bluefish Capital. Harish was an advisor to Gray Ghost Ventures and spent a year as interim CEO of Indian School Finance Company, where SEED hatched as an idea. Harish served on the TiE Global Board of Trustees and was a TiE Atlanta and Venture Atlanta board member. Harish is a TiE Atlanta Mentor Member. Currently, Harish serves on the Board of the Atlanta CEO Council.

Richa Goyal has over 18 years of management experience in the Real Estate industry, including Equity Financing, Operations Management, Real Estate Acquisitions, Strategy, Leadership, and Finance. She started her career as a consultant in KPMG where she worked with clients in implementing the Business Intelligence module of SAP software. She worked with Celebration Pointe from 2014 to 2017 as Project Controller. Thereafter, in partnership with the owner, she has been sourcing equity financing and new development opportunities for Viking Companies. She has a Bachelor of Science degree from Delhi University, and an MBA from Emory University.
